keeping your age in mind, even if you are diabetic, diabetic neuropathy will not be this soon unless you have very early onset in your 20s or so. there are plenty of other reasons for such symptoms, out of which most common with indians is vitamin B12 deficiency. other significant and reversible causes can be any subtle toxin exposure such as arsenic or copper in your nearby water supply which is not removed by even modern day RO water filters. burning sensation points towards small fiber neuropathy due to limited causes.
Next Steps
nerve conduction studies and a sudoscan. to define whether its large or small fiber. once defined and with routine blood investigation such as CBC KFT LFT vit b12 and Vit D along with Hba1c- seek proper treatment for that cause.
Health Tips
use lactocalamine lotion for soothing effect. take a proper Neurology examination for further treatment.
