I got cold and fever 5 days back and from that day I m having severe left side headache radiating towards right and painkillers are not working what could be the reason for this I never experienced this before ?

I was bathing and shower water went in my nose now I am super nervous about nagleria fowleri can you please help me by answering

Hi. I have excessively dry hands and they've become darker since a few months post pregnancy. I have also developed this problem where I can feel a kind of tingling sensation like ants biting when I write or drive or do anything for a longer time with my hands. This happens mostly with my right hand as I use it more. Sometimes it aches as well when tingling (jhanjhanahat). What can be the possible reason for this ? This has developed only after pregnancy. I delivered in Feb 2024. Also, since 3-4 years I have this problem where my fingers and toes become red and start tingling when exposed to something cold for a long time- like rain, cold water, mashing any cold food with hands, ice, or cold breeze while driving. It feels like pins and needles being inserted in the tips of my toes and fingers. And they swell up and become red. Why am I having this problem ? Can anyone suggest? Also my hands look like of a person aged above 60 and they are always dry no matter what.

I have a mild to moderate headache in my left temple region like a pressing pain for more than 2 weeks straight. I consulted the GP doctor and he mentioned a tension headache. I also have sleep apnea and was sleeping over tummy causing neck and shoulder pain for a long time which comes on and off. Whether the temple headache is due to neck pain or any serious condition? I don't have fever, no vision loss but headache more than 2 weeks causing me to worry. Please advise. Thanks.

My father aged 72 years is on antiepileptic medicine levetracetam 500 (1-0-1.5) since last 3 years and now I want to change this to brivarasetam in order to avoid levetracetam induced side effects such as aggressive behaviour, irritation etc etc....  So what will be the equivalent dose of breverateacm he should start so that no risk of any seizure and no risk of overdose.... He has no seizure since he started levetracetam but some side effects are there. Thanks for your great suggestions

My father aged 72 years, taking antiepileptic medicines named levetracetam 500 (1-0-1.5) and cloba 5 (0-0-1)since last 10 years and now no seizure since last 3-4 years but several side effects like aggressive behaviour, irritation, behaviour & cognitive issues etc etc neuropsychiatric effects. Now as a maintenance, I only want to keep breverateacm 75 (1-0-1) instead of levetracetam 500 (1-0-1.5) and want to taper and stop cloba. So kindly suggest best tapering schedule for cloba 5 (0-0-1) since he's taking cloba 5 (0-0-1) since last 10 years. Thanks
