Have symmetric exaggerated reflex.
Had a lower back injury which is causing a dull pain in the back but i dont have any problem in doing exercises or anything and slrt test was also negative. But while doing examination it was found i have a exaggerated knee reflex. When i read about it , it shows damage to nerves. My question is should i be worried ? If there is a damage will i be able to recover 100% ?

Exaggerated knee jerk is not always pathological . There are other sign which should be present with this to make it suggestive of any kind of neurological issue.
Next Steps
You should consult a neurologist and get some imaging done .
