Had a lower back injury which is causing a dull pain in the back but i dont have any problem in doing exercises or anything and slrt test was also negative.
But while doing examination it was found i have a exaggerated knee reflex.
When i read about it , it shows damage to nerves.
My question is should i be worried ?
If there is a damage will i be able to recover 100% ?
