Feeling of twitching in face
I am feeling shakiness in in my hand and face and left side feels sone twitching or doscondort near lips side. I also have jaw tightness neck pain till hands. Took mri 6 months back. But now I feel twitching and shakiness. Doctor gave gabapentin for daily for 3 months but I got giddiness more so I stopped it.
Attached my mri report findings. Could you please suggest.
