I feel a burning sensation in my right temple nerves which lasts till the last teeth of the right.
This sensation is felt on the tongue too.
I feel dryness in the nerves of the temple
There is wound like pain which increases when I hear or speak
I have consulted many neurologists and they have treated me for temporal arteritis, trigeminal neuralgia and migraine too.
But no relief could be found.
Even in MRI reports, everything seems normal.
I have high BP also.
Suffering since 7 years and the problem has increased since last 2 years.
Need urgent help.

One thing I can say it seems to a case of trigeminal neuralgia or trigeminal cephalgia
But without detailed history of the type of pain it will be tough to confirm
I think u need to increase the dose of the drugs.
But better consult a neurologist for the same
