Brain and Spine Problems

I have been diagnosed with bells palsy from last 2 days, i have been asked to go through electrical stimulus and laser treatment for grade 3-4 bells palsy. I am not sure if these treatment have any side effect. Kindly guide.

Below is the report of my grandfather he was having low sugar level so we admitted him to hospital where this CT scan was done as a routine test. Please suggest if the reports are fine and there is no concern for below CT scan.

From last 2 years I am taking amitriptyline 10 mg for pains. Recently 2 months back got tinnitus and giddiness. ENT doctor prescribed nexito plus in place of amitriptyline. And it went fine for few days. After 2 months I am getting sever pains in hands and legs and back. Can I shift back to amitriptyline 10. Pls suggest.

My father is suffering from Mania. We consulted with Dr but my father is not taking prescribed medicines properly. He doubts my mother, beats her inhumanly. He also does not trust me and sister as well. Sometimes he talks normally and suddenly episodes starts in his mind and he start behaving so dangerously. He talks like I have 15-20 days of life, ai first kill your mother and then my selves. Which is very stressing for me and whole family, we are helpless now, do not know what should we do now. Since he is not ready to go to Dr(last time it took 3 days to convince him to visit dr). Now we don't know what can be done, I cant let him stay with my mother in my absence as he is talking and threatning openly. Could someone experienced in such cases suggest next steps? What kind of treatment can be given? He is not ready to go to any Dr as of today. It would be great help if someone suggests any good treatment for him, we are so stressed and mentally disturbed. My mother is having pain in whole right side of the body in which pain in the right leg is more. What could be the reason? She doesn't have BP or sugar. She was getting anxious few weeks back, could it be because of that?

Want insights on a report. My dad had a craniotomy due to a fall which caused midline shift .... he is fine now but scan report talks about lesion ... the doctor who did the surgery said all seems fine but we want to understand the scab report . Will provide reports during consultation

I am having back pain for some time now and also having hand and leg pain for last few yrs and it more feels like nerve pain and also like pins and neees but not consistent and its on and off .but book pain i feel like shooting pain for last fee months. Took blood tests n all and all were normal like esr, crp , ra factor, thyroid n all so today took mrp spine and took the scan. Attaching the report, please suggest wht is the issue and how we can manage this

I am experiencing balancing problem when i am looking up or standing in one place for long, sometimes it happens while sitting when I am working on laptop. When i start moving it stops for sometime. Sometimes i will also have headache on sides and back of my head and I had the problem of forgetting things from childhood but started being absent minded more where i forget things but aftersometime i remember that i have forget. I have been diagnosed with high BP due to stress and recently diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver. Other problems would be like constant pain in neck and back. I am taking losar for bp and lipaglyn for liver. My height is 5 ft 6 inch and weight is 72 kg. I have done ecg , tmt echo and other blood test where everthing was normal except bp and cholestrol. I had Brain ECG where no observation found in report. I have stress due to work and fanily issues.

Does these findings from MRI venography suspect IIH? Should there be one more contrast MRI or Lumbar Puncture performed? IMPRESSION: • Reduction in calibre - stenosis noted along the lateral aspects of bilateral transverse sinuses. • NO evidence of dural sinus venous thrombosis. • Sella, pituitary gland appears normal. NO abnormal increased vertical tortuosity of bilateral optic nerves. NO optic nerve sheath dilation. • Suggested clinical correlation and further evaluation if necessary.

Whenever i go out not daily but after in a gap like 10 to 15 days i start having very bad headache.. sometimes its only in one side with eye pain sometimes its in whole head .. I don't understand why this happens
