Chronic onset of forgetfulness

For the past 8 months, I have been experiencing some symptoms related to forgetfulness and have realised that there has been a gradual decline in my overall congnitive abilities and brain functions. Symptoms:- 1. Difficulty finding the appropriate word while speaking in front of a formal audience and meetings. 2. Trouble remembering things which are crucial for my job such as the flow of an algorithm or a specific business strategy. 3. Forgetting names of friends or famous personalities whom I can recall by their face. 4. Overall decrease in motivation and ability to pursue something difficult till the end. Significant Past Medical History:- I was diagnosed with Hepatitis-A related Jaundice last year which I recovered from fully after follow up. Past Medical Opinion:- I consulted with a neurologist who diagnosed me with anxiety and hypertension and prescribed me medications but those did not work as expected. Kindly help me with suggestions and next course of action. TIA.

Schizophrenia

In college days I used to smoke, drink alcohol, smoke ganja, weed. After lockdown I remained packed at my home and I was hit by schizophrenia in lockdown(2020), I was unable to sleep, bath, eat properly, speak, walk also I used to walk at midnight having my eyes closed(neend me chalna in Hindi), I felt like my legs were raising automatically above the ceiling in midnight and many more. I thought people were here to kill me on this planet. It was also like I was having some spiritual powers within me. Sometimes I had lots of confidence and sometimes very low confidence. My parents also did (jhaad phook), called Babas in house so that I can be cured, The situation became the worst day by day. After some local doctors suggested taking an appointment with a neurologist, till now I am on medication {neurlin(1tab) in the morning}, {escita plus(1tab), mortab20(2tab), risdrome LS(1.5tab) in night}. How long will the medication last? Will this disease come again? Please explain what I do?
