Brain and Spine Problems

I have frequent severe neck pain and stiffness in neck and shoulders.that converts into a headache sometimes in the back of head only and can transfer to front portion .Body pain and fatigue are there whenever I wake up in the morning. What should be done if this thing persists.

I am seeing a male shadow since 2019 every once in a week who touch me and whisper in my ears, sometimes he became aggressive and sometimes he is calm but he scares me A lot and when k start chanting gods name he goes away.

Having needle like pains in nerves and band like pains. Specially down from legs upwards to everywhere in the body. No diabetes. Having PTH above the higher end.  Got all the tests and scans done on my neck but no sign of parathyroid gland inactivity,I just have a nodule.
