Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctors, One of our known persons, has been suffering from stiffness in both the legs in the morning time. As soon as he wakes up, he is not able to move his legs, forcefully he is able to move his legs. When consulted the local orthopaedic, an MRI was taken and I have attached the same for your reference. Could you please and suggest what should be the next course of action, could the issue be resolved with medicines. Thanks.

Please analyse the mri report is there any issue with the contrast scan or normal as I am still having headache ??

I m having a seeious headache problem from 5 to 8 years before it was less regular but from last 2 years i have been taking 3 to 4 times a headache pain relief pill a month whenever i eat less or wheneve i eat even a bit more than needed i get headache if i dont go to dump even for one morning i have bad headache if i eat even something a bit bad i get bad headache even sometimes withiut doing anythjng i get headache thats wat has been happening day before yesterday i had headache i took a pill as it got really bad and then yesterday too i got headache i didnt take anythng ofcourse but now i m not having a bad headache in mornjng instead ehwnever i move even a bit my head hurts or its completely fine once i met a doctor about this he asked me for a city scan of my head but because of financial reasons we couldnt afford it anyone suspect any symptoms or wat should i do?

Sir We have Done Brain MRI As Prescribed By physiatrist.My Father Has Many Mood Swings.He is being taking physiatrist treatment since 10-12 years. He Has Started Forgetting Things,Not much He forgets But Tiny Tiny things He Forgets. But Sometimes He Remembers 20-30 years pehle ki baatein also and Sometimes forgets Small small things Jaise ki 2 days Pehle ki Baat.Otherwise He is Totally Healthy and Fit mentally and Physically. I have Attached The BRAIN MRI report. Please Tell is There anything to Concern.

My father is having seizure for past few year which include seizure with jerking movement, temporary unconsiousness for few hour , not able to speak or react temporarily for an hour... What should i do ? What medication should i give to stop seizure ?

Hi doc.. my mother 66 year old has severe backache since 1-1.5 year due to which it becomes difficult to her to walk. Many physiotherapy sessions have been done in last 2-3 months but ko fruitful result and condition becomes worse too. I have been  feeling a severe headache for the  last 20 days , Initially the pain started from ear pressure from the last 3 months I am suffering from ear pressure in the CT SCAN  PNS report showing inflammation in the sinus, pain feels in eyes both temples, back side , location changes all over the days feeling blurry eyes , bp ,sugar is normal Five years ago I have feel this type of headache, at that time brain MRI , EEG normal , Now from 20 days I am feeling very bad headache Eyes pain and back head pain so much No nausea vommitting

Hi, My name is Roja.I am 30 yrs old and have a 3 yrs old kid.I do household chores and take cares of my son.My issue is I feel imbalance mostly while cooking or doing any activity while bending my head or neck.I feel pain on the back of my head and skull.The pain radiates to the centre of the head and feels weird sensation and also feels some shivering kind of sensation in legs too. Then it will shift to anxiety. If I lay on my bed for 15-20 mins I feel better but while walking or doing any activity I feels imbalance. I am facing this issue right after my childbirth which is continuing for now also. I want this issue to end asap.Pls help me .
