If I want to eat Naxdom 500mg then can I have it any time of the day ? And what are the limitations we can have this in a month? Like how many times in a day and how many times in a month?

Problem - Throat heavyness and shortness of breat sometimes. Points for help - Undergone a SDH surgery last month on 7th 15th to 22nd deep sleep in ICU and than improvement shown 26th discharged  and shown a great improvement, Walking , eating properly with weakness in body. I have been suffering with a headache (pressing type) with mild fever and later got high fever and muscle pain for the last 3 months. I also had positive kernig's sign and terminal neck rigidity.With time it's getting worse. I consulted a dr. which diagnosed me with chronic Meningitis. The MRI shows doubtful meningeal enhancement and the lumbar puncture was inconclusive. Now he has prescribed some blood tests like ANA, ANCA... But we are not sure so we decided to consult another dr. and he diagnosed me with chronic migraine and prescribed some medicine like propanolol naxdom but they are still not working. Now we are confused about what to do now like get the blood tests done as the dr. had said that if it will be negative then we might require to repeat lumbar puncture. My kernig's sign was positive I had terminal neck rigidity
