Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, I have just above my ear but more on the back side and not at the temple. It feels like a vein that is inflamed or swelled over skull. I press it and gives me pain. It's a point pain. Can anyone just suggest what it could be so that I can consult the right kind of doctor. This pain is there for like 2 to 3 weeks. It came went away and then came back.

Hi, My child is 4 and half years old. She was fine until today afternoon. Suddenly she was having severe headache on one side of her head. She had one time vomiting also. Is this relatable to something serious.

Since, a few days I feel fainting for a moment less than second. Other symptoms related to sleep since more than 1 year. I have Lots of dreams during the night . I stopped taking  medicine for sleep for 3 months.

Hello my weight is almost 140 Kgs since last 10 days I'm having pain in my left arm , shoulder & neck I'm also feeling weak in left side of my body and I have dizziness exactly after eating food and also my heart rate increases to 120 bpm . I do brisk walk daily and I have BP medications metoprolol succinate 12.5 . Please let me what is the problem
