N o obvious abnormality. significant brain parenchymal / intracranial, Reports from ct scan please confirm what needs to be done , patient have headache fall from stairs , backside of head get on stair , but now having painkillers have headache in forehead plus while he tries to bend down headache start , please suggest urgent thanks
