Vestibular hypo function - left ear
I have been suffering from dizziness and imbalance for more than 10 years on and off , recently took balance test V-HIT and VNG and the report was diagnosed with vestibular hypo function
Can you please help me with further steps , is this condition curable ? Do we have any medications for them
