Dear Respected Drs. Facing the same issue since long MRI report and images attached for your reference as MRI shoes issue in Cervical region but then I wasn't able to understand why I am getting tingling sensation in my right feet fingers all five sometime it's goes but again it comes back and minor tingling in left foot to occassionally 🐾 kindly consider my request and help me out ...I am having a high BP but I am not diabetic.

I am diagnosed with diabetes since 21 years. Three years ago I started feeling numbness and prickling sensations in feet while sleeping at night. I started regularly Gabapin ME. It cured sensations. My question is, for how many years should I take? My NAV test 8 month ago did not show much to worry. Even if I stop medicine, it does not restart numbness or prickling sensations. My question is, Can I reduce or stop Gabapin ME? Is diabetic neuropathy a progressive disease or does it go away on its own? I am taking Gabapin 100 since 10 days. Can I stop it altogether if no symptoms are felt? Thanks for your valued opinion.

Sir I am suffering from periformis syndrome since last 2year .I saw physiotherapy doctor who prefer exercise . and medicine but not improve my symptoms sir symptoms of that syndrome is that 1pain in right buttock and thigh and then pain goes into lower limb .I feel tingling and burning sensation in lower limb please give right suggestion

Hello doctor My name is Zohra I'm a student. I have anxiety issues from the last 2 to 3 yrs and if I think about something which is not good for me I will get panic attacks...sometimes I feel worse where I can't handle myself with the things I need your suggestions with this what should I do and what I shouldn't do Sometimes I will be zoned out and I can't even catch words around me or if I'm listening to some music or nasheed or quran... I tried my best to do time out which was suggested by my neurologist doctor but I can't do it sometimes... He always helped me with my ways alhamdulillah no doubt in that but I jus can't now.... I'm in contact with him but I really need suggestions regarding this things happening with me.. And due to all this I don't have a proper meal or don't do proper exercise where I have gained weight a lot and I can't even sleep properly at night. I need your suggestions to help me with these anxiety issues and panic attacks. Thank you

I currently take Oleptal OD 450 twice daily. We are planning to have another child. Should I make any changes to my medication? What precautions should I take? Please advice.
