Had severe pain at top of the head around 15 days ago, feeling little heavy headed now and then after that. hence, my family doctor asked to do MRA the report reads : Right vertebral artery looks hypoplastic and is not visualised in its intracranial course. Left vertebral artery is prominent.
is it a cause of concern?
Overall impression of the test says
No significant abnormality noted on MR angiography.

Hypoplastic artery could be something that you were born with or congenital. What about your MRI brain ,was it normal? Is this Headache and heavy headedness recurrent ? For more detailed clarification, suggest consultation with a Neurologist.
