Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctor, Please check my report. Is surgery required? Or can treatable by Physiotherapy? Please

Sagittal T1 & TSE T2 weighted scans of the cervical spine were studied and these were correlated with axial scans from C1 to D1 level. Anterior osteophytes are seen at C3 to C7 levels. Disc desiccation changes in the form of loss of normal T2 hyperintense signal intensity are seen from C3-4 to C7-D1 levels. Mildly reduced disc height is seen at C5-6 level. Posterior osteophytes disc bulge complexes are seen at C4-5 and C5-6 levels, indenting the thecal sac causing narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses and bilateral neural foramina. Posterior osteophytes disc bulge complex is seen at C6-7 level with propensity to the left. indenting the thecal sac causing narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses and abutting the left neural foramina. Posterior osteophytes disc bulge complex is seen at C7-D1 level with propensity to the left. indenting the thecal sac causing narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses, left neural foramina and impinging on the left exiting nerve root.

Occipital bone swelling on right side of skull without pain .. I didn't get injured or hurt but there is swelling felt when I touch the scalp.. please suggest what could be the reason.. I also feel dizzy sometimes..

Hi, I am facing problem of nerve compression easily like when I ride scooty for more than 10 min feel slight numbness at private parts until I get up , sometime when my legs is under thigh and when I wake up my left hand finger get numb for few sec. How to get rid of it.

Hello Have half head pain since 3months... sometimes it pains sometimes pressure on left side of brain. Have done all tests and visited many Many doctors. Finally a month back got diagnosed with vestibular migraine...don't want to again start with heavy medicine... please help what can be done??? Dizziness has reduced but not gone Also how long it takes for it to go away as 3months I am suffering a lot and made my life difficult
