Brain and Spine Problems

Since the last two weeks I am feeling like I am losing balance or to be precise a swaying feeling like I am in a boat. Physically I don't feel sick, no headaches and the feeling doesn't affect my routine or my work. To test it I even tried standing on one leg and I could very well balance myself. Is it happening because I overworked in the last two months in front of the computer screen. Or maybe I haven't slept well ? Will this feeling go away by itself? Should I be worried about it?

I am experience daily headaches since last 15 days in the morning and it is on right side of my head. It starts from the eyes and runs down to the neck and some times cheeks as well. This is some time accompanied by ear pain. When I bend down or laugh I experience pressure in top portion of my head as well. I did my MRI but there is nothing in there. Please find the report attached.

I had an ankle injury 5 years ago, and since then, I've experienced recurring swelling and discomfort whenever i engage in physical activities. Over the years, this issue has gradually worsened and I've been dealing with a burning and tingling sensation in my left knee, outer thigh, knee and calf, is a constant problem. It intensifies when i sit, sleep on the affected side or compress these areas, and also feel weakness in the leg, particularly when standing. These sensations often feel like a deep, irritating heat and they can last for extended periods, radiating from hip to the knee and down the calf and ankle. The symptoms have worsened over time and now i am also experiencing same sensations in my right leg. Could this be related to nerve compression or is there another underlying issue. Please some help me as i'm not leading my life peacefully for the past 5 years !

Helo sir my mother age 63 1year ago my mother feel weakness and sudden shaking of his body internally to externally after 5minute she is okay but she feel weakness for 1day and also she feel burping And yawaning I go to doctor she test kidney cholestore sugar cbc thyroid EEG everything is normal But after 1year she feel same sudden she is shaking full body what the common reason kindly help

My daughter is 6 yrs old. She has occasional right upper eyelid shrinks or squints for a fraction of second . Then becomes normal . Especially it shrinks while speaking in evening hours . Pls help . She has machine readings . But by optholologist review he said ok 8 months back . Pls help

After mri it is showing that my all lumber dis has nominal bulges except for l4-l5 which has diffuse posterior bulge and affecting nerve roots. I have lower back pain and numbness in my left leg. . Can i ever go back to normal. I am only 25 . Can i live with this condition for life long?? Plzz help
