Left lower eye lid twitching

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hello Dr, My lower eyelid twitches alot atleast thrice a day since one week. It is not accompanied by any pain but I feel alot irritated due to this. Yes my screen time is more but it has always been. I sleep properly. What can be the reason?

Eyelids twitches are usually related to eye fatigue or general tiredness. Try reducing some more of your your screen time. Ensure adequate hydration. Also get some time to relax.Check if you are anemic. If persisting you can consult an ophthalmologist to rule out any eye related cause for the same.
