Hello doctor I am taking snigtryp 10mg tablet from past 3 months. Now from past 2 days I am suffering from severe constipation..hard stools ..wt to be done for instant relief..can I take any laxative.. please suggest me

I am 24. Last night i was drinking alcohol and did smoke up with my friends. I don't do it usually, only on occasions. I slept in the night for 2 hours only. When i woke up i was normal but suddenly i felt dizzy and i fainted with my eyes wide open. My eyes were open i was biting my tongue it was bleeding in my mouth because of it. My boyfriend threw water on my face and then i scared. I don't remember what i said , what have i done even after waking up. It was a frit or seizure attack kind a thing. But I don't know the reason. It happened before one time. That was scary too because that time it felt like i am dying and i am controlling myself to not to die. What is this?

I had vertigo since 3 years, consulted many doctors, but was not able to curr it. Recently I had a jammed thumb, consulted orthopaedic locally. He gave me calcium and vitamin D3 tablets for 30 days, I had my vitamin d levels low previously and now after the test I have found that due to my medication my vitamin D level has raised to 24 and there is jo symptopms of vertigo. Can you please suggest me vitamin D tablets to keep my levels stable?

Hello doctors, I had been diagnosed with Cervical disc prolapse and currently taking rest. From this morning I am feeling very slight numbness in my hands near elbow for 5-10 mins after woke up. Is this a serious problem?

Since the last two weeks I am feeling like I am losing balance or to be precise a swaying feeling like I am in a boat. Physically I don't feel sick, no headaches and the feeling doesn't affect my routine or my work. To test it I even tried standing on one leg and I could very well balance myself.
