Hemicranial headache
My father is diagnosed with hemicranial headache. He is suffering from past 6-7 months. He had undergone angioplasty with 4 stents a year back. He is regularly taking medications and follow ups. However this new problem is really impacting his quality of life. Medications prescribed- tryptomer 25, Gabapantin extended release 300, Neuracetam plus apart from regular post angioplasty medications. However these neuro medicines are not providing any relief to his suffering. Reports- His MRI had shown slight cervical spondylitis, rest all reports were normal. Kindly guide me on this. What should be done?

Most probably reason of non response to these medication could be the drugs which are chosen for headache . headache is of hemicranial location usually found in migraine patients and some time migraine is not properly controlled with these above mentioned drugs so we have the change the drugs.
Next Steps
