Chronic fatigue syndrome

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Suffering from cfs since 5 yrs.all blood test and scan normal.diagnosed by exclusion of other diseases. Taking co q 10 , juviana plus , multivitamin , levocarnitine but still muscle fatigue is not reducing also muscle weaknes.what to do?

Please share the recent blood reports on my personal consultation page and also do muscle strengthening exercises. Eat high protein low fat diet . And as the time line is 5 yrs I suggest you visit a rheumatologist to rule out connective tissues disorder
