Brain and Spine Problems

Dear Dr. Please I attach my report about protest anlarg please advice me what my report says and what medicine I take

My mother started extreme vertigo and dizziness last Thursday 03.09 . She even vomited 2 times. We have given her Betavert 16, Stemetil, Sturgeon and Tetrafol according to Dr. I have uploaded the prescription as well. But she is still having sensations and vertigo when she moves her head or looks up. She is having difficulty even walling with support. Can you tell us if the we are doing everything in right direction.

Sir can penile nerves surgically repaired if there are seriously injured I mean severely damaged nerves can be repaired by surgery to heal completely and obtain good function I mean microneurosurgery heal nerves

I was taking treatment of anxiety and stomach issues, Dr. Put drip for one day for the weakness I feel, then I lost my appetite and feel nausea with fatigue and lack of energy along side lacoria disease.

I have a headache with neck and spine pain, not able look down and while walking pain in the spine. I have a a migraine.

My head feels heavy, and minor persistent headache. I also feel like falling often for a second. Also like head rush. It's been like this for months now. Someone suggested medicine for vertigo. I feel better as long as I'm taking them but symptoms come back when I stop taking pills. What I should do.? What it could be ?

Hi I Feel most of the time sad but apart from that I feel less energetic .Iam not able to find out reason why I procastinate all time for all task even I have interest on them. Most of the time I feel less energetic and feel like no energy to do any kind of task. Everytime feel sleepy and avoid task . Hi.. Myself samreen.. I have 1 year baby actually from past 3 months i have scalp pain i mean pain on top of the head and eye floaters. I consulted eye doctor but he said u have normal site and nothing else l.. He prescribed me tab mausheild and eye drops.. But still i have severe scalp pain floaters sensitivity to light and eye bones pain.. Iam worried please help me out... If i search google it shows i vil be blind or brain tumors please help... Is this tension headache or migraine ?? But if no headache but still i have floaters or is this bcoz of weakness.. I hac c section never ate and calcium iron tablest in pregnency and after that also and iam suffering from pcos from past 2 months also... Please help everything in detail i have posted...please
