She had a history of syncope since last oct 2018. pls correlate with the attached MRI. she had symptoms of insomnia, syncope.

How to decrease neuron excitability mine get so increased so plz suggest me any medicine to decrease it plz

Sir last 3 to5months back I have symtoptoms of headache and vertigo and taken medication, of vertistar md and gabapin 300 tablets agaian I am facing same problem from last 3 to 4 days, can I continue same medicines ?or any medication required?if same  how long please suggest and what is best practice or exercise not to repeat again this problem.

Hlo doctor I'm 13 years old if I look at something and look away I still that object for 1-2 seconds for example if I look TV and look away I see afterimage of TV same goes for mobile. What should I do I already visited a eye doctor and he says it's normal but I still see afterimage of objects it's very stressful plz consult me

My father in law is diagnosed with syringomyelia in MRI. He is 73 yrs old. Presenting complaints are that he is having pain in neck and left shoulder pain. Neend further treatment options

My father 80 has been prescribed Donepezil 5mg for mild Dementia (MRI says Cerebral atrophy with small vessel ischemic changes). Half tab taken for 4 days and increased to full tab now 2 days back as per doctor suggestion. He is having headache and nausea. Are we doing the right thing giving him this medication? There is no way to reach the doctor until Monday.
