Why is my urethra so sensitive all the time. How can I cure it at home? Please help me out. Will be grateful

I am type 2 diabetic patient since 7years.AGE 37. Doctor suggesting benfomet plus for diabetic neuropathy. But benfomet containing 50mg of Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6). Doctor stopped my pregabalin 75mg and replaced to Benfomet plus. Dr told that B1,B6&B12 will reduce the foot path irritation. is it safe for intake the 50mg B6 and can I take benfomet plus instead of pregabalin.

I am diagnosed with cervical disc herniation from c3 to c7 ,I have tried exercise, physiotherapy and collar but nothing helps me, now I am taking pregabalin 150 twice daily and Tramadol 100 twice daily, from last one year, I can't find another safe painkiller , I am afraid of liver and kidney damage, so my question is can I use Tramadol continue for more many years

Never weekness having cramps,tingling and slight pain sometimes in hands and legs and smtimes abv the eye

My mother is 75 years old and patient of diabetes and Bp , but both are under control . from yesterday she is feeling dizzy and her voice is slurry . mild in sensation in right hand . so I consulted doctor . in MRI report it is diognosed focal acute ischmic infarct . I want to know how critical is this and what is recovery rate

My doctor said that I have we early stage of migrain so how can I cure it permanently like what should I do ?? What food should I avoid?? ( I used to add ajinomoto (msg) in my food)

I have been experiencing pressure and not headache in my head only while I lie down to sleep. The pressure would start from the back of my head causing pressure around my ear and eye area. The pressure ignites the moment my head touches the pillow. Though the pressure at the ear and eye area has reduced I now feel pressure on all sides of my head while I lie down. What could be the reason?

My Dad feels a Back Burn while he sleeps everytime, we have used gulkand for 2 weeks ( consulted by doctor) it went for those days, but now came again. I read that sometimes back burn occur due to nerve damage on back side, my dad gone through a back operation 5+ years back. Please let me know if this issue is to be concerned.
