Brain and Spine Problems

I have heachache since the lockdown started.in first month it's for once or twice in a week.but now it has been every day. Now is pains also in the middle side of scalp and teeth also.my regular physician suggested me first flunarin and the naprosyn but both are not affective

Doctor told for diabetic neuropathy. Benfomet plus when should be taken morning or night? D3 2000IU also taking morning or night?

3 years back, I had disc slip in lower spine and in neck region. I had undergone medications and took rest for few days and the back pain problem is gone. Last year I had severe neck pain on right side and headache. So I consulted a Neurosurgeon and he advised to go for a surgery in neck region as one nerve is being pressed and for time being prescribed the following Tablets and said not to use these tablets continuously. 1) Xenadom 500 2) Migrabeta Plus 3) Toperizone 150 4) Pantocid From last 3 months I am having frequent headache and neckpain adding to that slight shaking in my hands and legs. I feel energy less and I cannot lift and hold even small objects for some time. Now totally confused what to do. Please advice.

Sir, Iam suffering from pain in spinal cord, I have stomach problems such as gas, acidity, constipation, piles problems, x ray or mri which is sufficient to identify my problem please help me how to overcome this problem

I had a lightheadedness and headache for a month but it's wasn't going away so i consulted a neurologist and he diagnosed me with OCD and TTH but i don't think it a right diagnosis because after eating the medication i don't feel right everything looks so wrong and unbalanced. Should i change my medication?

Im feelin lightheadedness and headache for a month now have taking medicine but it didn't help so consultant to a doctor and diagnosed me with OCD and TTH. I don't think it's a right diagnosis i just want my headache and lightheadedness to go away but when i eat the medicine i dont feel good it feel so woozy and confused. Do you think it's a right diagnosis or not please let me know.

I am getting headache specially at back of head, back neck pain and pain in ear also pain in mouth for the last 5 days and also get pain in side and front of head . When I press a point at back of neck it pains. I took naxdom, rejunex cd3 and pantocid as prescribed by a neurologist but the pain isn't relieving.What is happening please tell ??

My father's left hand is shaking & numbness in left side for 3-4 mnths Consulted a physician & got to know its a Parkinson diseases was on this medication Pan 40, Atrova 40mg, Ecosprin, & Strocit Plus, Tab Etrobax for pain No improvement in 45 days so added Tab Pasitane 4mg, we couldnt find 4 mg so giving 2 tablets for 2mg each, Doctor advised once at nigth, due to miscommunication in family we gave twice a day 4mg, that is overdose for 3 days. From that time We have noticed his hand stops shaking 80% but He is forgetting things, talking to himself & looks confused, not talking much, slight change in tone while speaking, difference in walk from 2 days. please advise what to do. should be stop medicine for few days and restart at nigth or go with lower dose for 2mg at nigth & contuine. he is non debetic & bp goes up & down use cetanil 10mg. all blood reports ,USG, ECG and 2D came normal. Please advise. Thank You.
