Hi doctor. I am not having enough sleep from 1 year. I get disturbed sleep and sleep for 5 to 6 hours. From last 10 days i m having pain in my eyes.. mostly left eye.. I am having head ache in the back of head behind ear that too only left side...I overthink a lot and mostly having anxiety what happens next and all.. i feel tired most of the times..I had head aches previously too..from many years..i used ayurveda before.. it was good and i didnt get head ache for 6 mnths..then again i got..i used again..and then i am getting again..but this time the way how i mentioned... i use laptop alot for work being sftware engineer..and use mobile more.. :-( i also get numbness in hand frequently.. both hands and both legs.. could you please help and let me know what to do..

I have been experiencing extreme pain in my right upper arm. It ranges from my shoulder to above elbow. I cannot move my hand behind my back or raise it to put it on my other shoulder. It started 3 months ago with little intensity but now it has been increasing gradually that now I can't stand the pain while doing daily mundane jobs. When started, the pain stays for 10 minutes straight. When staying still, sometimes it seems as if my arm would fall off. Please help. Thanks.

For past one year I was having muscle twiches on random parts of my body. My vitamin d was 16 very less.I was given vitamin D tablets for 2 months. From past one week I have started having internal tremors when I lie down on bed. Nothing moves but it feels bed is moving. I take lot of stress and have anxiety as well. What should I do? Doctors gave me sodium valproate, fluxtine hcl, clobazam, olanzapine, Levera 500mg,nurokind next Naisd,pain killers and many other antidiprasants but no result.

Sometimes the patient feels pungent smell like fish and a severe pain in head for few seconds. That time the patient forget everything for 5 to 20min. It occurs almost every month one to three times. My freind got scratch with dog teeth 2.5 year ago...no bite ... no blood flown...at that time he dont take vaccine... After that he is animal lover so scratch with nails and teeth happens but not bite which do blood flown. Now he has fear that he get infected with rabies?? He is in fear please help me Sholud he get vaccine now?? Is it possible after 2.5 year he get rabbies and is it possible without blood flown bite rabies infected to human??
