Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, I facing problem in memory loss and Concentration. I I can't concentrate contiously and I can't remember the thing. I what all things i studied i can't remember easily.. I searched website few of the nitro plus tablets are suggesting. But I m not sure is it without Dr consulting taakable?

I consultant a neurologist in the past for my headache. MRI and all tests were normal. I am under treatment for migraine. And my headache frequency reduced. For how long I Will have to take these medication. Will it ever be cured???

I am 15 years old and during sometime I get severe headache and it's not the normal headache I get it's really stabbing pain on particular region of head or at different parts of head . It seems really heavy and full of pressure. I get into anxiety most of the time .this pain has started from the time I got anxiety. What can it be ?? Can it be tumour??

Head pain and tietness when am  using maigrain tables. And bp also increasing.............................,.......

My father is 59 years old. Today while making his tea he felt dizziness. He started saying earthquake came(but it didn't)and he started crawling outside. He stand and suddenly he sat due to dizziness. He said he never felt this kind of high dizziness before. We checked his blood pressure which was 141/86 . He didn't feel any pain in his chest and head. From last two- three days his centre and lower back is paining. He doesn't feel pain every time but few times a day. But today his back was not paining.He is also a patient of Cervical from many years. He also take a lot of stress. He is taking medicines of kidney stone and prostate. But today he was saying'Mujhe aisa chakkar pehle kabhi nhi aaya'. So what could be the reason? Is it serious? P.S- From last month he is drinking buttermilk and eating curd everyday. He is also eating 4-5 Guavas everyday. ( i mean can these things also cause dizziness)

Headache from top and back side. Due to headache hair loss too occur. This occur many times a day. It only gets relief after sleeping in night.

My headache started on the left side of my head and it was like very mild but when I chewed or yawned it got severe. However, today the top part of my head was aching and my eyes felt heavy/puffy. It's been 2-3 days now and I am getting worried. Please advise.
