Brain and Spine Problems

I have been prescribed inderal 40 for morning and night for hypertension and anxiety which I'm currently taking and asked to continue for next 3 months . Is it advisable to take for such long period? Does it cause any major  side effects?

I had accident 10 months ago. Can't sleep seems I'm internally injured,neck & shoulder Nerves pinch a lot , mild dizziness

I'm having a pain in my head most of the time and even some time my eyes pain bcuZ of that at night suddenly my eye r not able to take lights even watching TV is becoming difficult

मेरी मम्मी को मेन्टल हेल्थ प्रॉब्लम हो गई है, मम्मी को दस्त भी 4-5 दिन में आते है, और पैरों में जलन की भी दिक्कत है काफी टाइम से, पैरों की जलन तो अब कंट्रोल में है पर, अब मम्मी को यादास्त की दिक्कत है, दिन भर आंखे बंद किये रखती है, अंदर से जैसे ताकत भी कम हो गई है, चलती भी है तो आंखे बंद रखती है, हल्के हल्के दांत पिसती रहती है, हाथ पैर कांपते है, एक दिन छिपकली की बातें चल रही थी तो उस रात को सपने में छिपकली ने काट लिया, तो उस बात के लिए काफी रोइ कहा मुझे दिखाओ मुझे काट लिया, मुझे कहीं ले के चलो आदि आदि, थोड़ी अजीब अजीब सी बातें भी करती है, अब मुझे समझ नही आ रहा कि न्यूरो डॉक्टर से ट्रीटमेंट लूं की किसी सायकेट्रिक से इलाज लूं, क्योकि दिन बदिन मेन्टल हेल्थ डाउन होती जा रही है, काफी बुरा टाइम चल रहा है, मुझे कुछ सूझ नही रह है।

Headache, blur and double vision started suddenly. Took Zentel400 mg tablet for deworming and started protein powder from 2 weeks, not sure if anyone of them having side effects. Stopped protein powder from 3 days, feeling better now, but still have symptoms. Headache is not much severe and not all the time. Just pains right side around 30 minutes in entire day when lying in bed Thanks for your advice..

I doubt that I might have ADHD from childhood but it has been undiagnosed till now. I want to get diagnosed by a medical professional and then get treated by medication if I do have ADHD. Should I consult a neurologist or a psychiatrist for diagnosis and treatment of ADHD?
