Brain and Spine Problems

I was infected by COVID19 2 month's back and have been having dizziness throughout the day ever since and I still have it. After showing GP's and ENT's, their medicine could not cure this. I am thinking of showing a Neurologist or a Neurosurgeon now. Which doctor should I consult ? A Neurologist or a Neurosurgeon ? Kindly suggest, thanks.

Sir I had seizures problem 3 years back but again it has relapsed whenever I take tension or get stressed. I had to consult with my neurologist but due to this covid-19 I can't. And my weight is decreasing gradually I just want to know are both my seizures and weight loss co related? And should I consult a dietitian or neurologist?

I eat properly. But I never feel hungry. Still I feel dizziness regularly special when I cook food smell of oil, tea don't suit me nd on the same time I started feeling low tired and week. What should I do.. The most important thing is I don't feel healthy.

I am having burning pain and weakness in legs and hands. I tested ncv(nerve condition test). B12, diabiets, thyroid. All tests  are normal. Can u say what is the reason for weakness in my legs.

Friend started getting this severe headche from last october over the months the headache has become severe. During the headches the face and lips numbness felt. Ocassionally there lumps identified when there is a secere headche. Need some advice as to what could be thee symptoms draw out about the condition that my friend go through.

Respected doctors I had accident 1 week back had cerebral concussion as told by my doctor, has loss of consciousness for 5-10 min at the time of impact, slurring of speech and disoriented for 5 to 10 min ,I don't remember the incident also. But after the impact within 1/2 hr I was perfectly ok. Ct scan was normal.. I want to know that will I have any problems due to it in future. Thanku
