She had a history of migraine from her mother. Now she is suffering very badly with pain. How to control tht bcz medication only is not safe all the time. She is taking three painkillers a day. Plz suggest some exercise or test

Hi doctor, I am having forehead till neck from sides feeling like band and tightness.. which is giving me discomfort.. sometimes feels like blurry vision.. when wakeup felling tingling on the hands.. not able to concentrate on my work.. I have gastric due to that feeling like anxiety sometimes... Please let me know how to diagnose this issue.. getting irritated with it..

My son has difficulty to climb stair,getting up from floor,hopping , jumping,take a help of hands for movement of getting,he has large calves of legs, and his cpk levels is 19000+, please advice for treatment

Are seizures a severe issue? Secondly I have had the problem of seziures and my treatment was done from lucknow PGI but again it has relapsed so which doctor should I consult the same doctor or another one?

Dear Reciver My one of the most problem is that in my minds comes many unnecessary thoughts I just always be in imagination. I'll do this I'll do that I don't know why these thoughts comes in my mind but within these thoughts I can't get a better sleep. Even I can't do my work well. I always I will do something different but after day I can't do that things I don't know what is it negligence or lazyness but earlier I was a patient of S.A.D. sometimes I get angry very soon, and sometimes I can't understand very well. My symptoms are,severe burning sore pain in the lower jaw under earlobe and on the side of the neck since may. Mild Swelling in the lower jaw and neck. I have small pea size lump on the neck along with mild swelling. Sore ear pain with mild swelling.i went to ENT and no Infection in ear and sinus. I went to dentist and no infection in any tooth. He told me to extract upper wisdom tooth and I did that 2 months back and same symptoms still. dentist said I might have tooth fracture on lower first molar and told me to RCT or extract it. But crack is not visible on x-ray and cbct scan. So he is guessing that might be the reason. i have sore pain in the jaw, neck and top of head. I have burning pain which is very severe. I do hear clicking sound in the jaw when I open the mouth. does it indicates tmjd or any nerve issue? I hear some ringing sound in my ear whenever fan is on and while lying down. does a tooth crack could be a reason or anything else? it hurts to touch under the earlobe,neck

Sometimes i feel my mind and body is disconnected here are some symptoms 1 while normal walk i get flips mean my legs bends lit bit and den immediately i control myself.. This happens very often with me 2. My reflex action is weak.. I always react late in short timing situation like applying break in bike when something comes in my path suddenly 3. Worse situation comes after 2 or 3 months when i feel like im flying, dizziness, fatigue, blurred vision an this lasts for 2 to 3 days and then automatically comes to normal.. It happens once 2,3 months 4. Weak memory, inactive, confused, double minded always 5 sometimes my heart starts pounding like something is happening in my chest.. And my breathing rate increase like some short and fast breathing.... Feel like i m going to fall on floor.u try to sit down for a while it Lasts fr one hour almost... It happens when i get feeling of fear.. vertigo wen i stand up suddenly. my sleep always disturbed type evn though i sleep fr 6-8hr

Hello Doctor, From one week I am having severe pain from back of my neck, left side shoulder to the underarms and triceps. The pain point keeps shifting. Tried few exercise. Also took pain killers. But no use. Having multi vitamin Zincovit and Becasules regularly. Additionally do I need to take Neurobion tablets. Please suggest the best medication. Thank you Vivek
