Brain and Spine Problems

B12 deficiency nerve damage is reverse or not pls tell me sir. I am taking b12 sots last 1 month... .

Sir I am facing some mentally problem. I can't determine what is happening around me. Whenever I sleep then i saw some fearsome dream and I wake up suddenly and I can't determine what is happening myself. But Whenever I am not sleeping then I feel well but after sleeping some things feared me. This is happening from about 10 days. Sir please give me some advice about this. The symptoms of PTSD is related to my illness. Sir please solve this.

I have been experiencing severe pain in my lower legs staring from joints for more than two weeks for reasons unknown. I can't sleep due to this pain .please help

I am suffering from headache from last few days (arround 10-15) .. My mother started extreme vertigo and dizziness last Thursday 03.09 . She even vomited 2 times. We have given her Betavert 16, Stemetil, Sturgeon and Tetrafol according to Dr. I have uploaded the prescription as well. But she is still having sensations and vertigo when she moves her head or looks up. She is having difficulty even walling with support. Can you tell us if the we are doing everything in right direction.

Sir can penile nerves surgically repaired if there are seriously injured I mean severely damaged nerves can be repaired by surgery to heal completely and obtain good function I mean microneurosurgery heal nerves

I was taking treatment of anxiety and stomach issues, Dr. Put drip for one day for the weakness I feel, then I lost my appetite and feel nausea with fatigue and lack of energy along side lacoria disease.
