Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Dr, My mother has been suffering from Spondylitis since November 2018. In that meanwhile since November 2018 she fell down from a table, suffered from high sugar and high blood pressure and got operated for cataract uptil May 2020. In May 2020, her dizziness and giddiness worsened like hell and one of the Dr detected a heartblock. We immediately got her operated for a heartblock with pacemaker. Ever the Pacemaker surgery her dizziness and giddiness hasn't been there like before but it is still an irritating ailment. For the Dizziness and Giddiness we have consulted an Neurophsician , a neurosurgeon and two ENTs. They have diagnosed her for benign parosyxsmal positional vertigo, and also for migraine induced Vertigo. She has done physiotherapy and manoeuvres like Epleys Procedure and also undergone an vertigo test which detected migraine induced Vertigo. She has taken medicines such as Stugeron, Rejunex, Ecospirin, Sibellium, Stemedil, Dilligen ,Ignicar Syrup, Clopitab. Pls Help!

Parkinson's - problem in balancing while walking.stiffness in left leg. Weakness in back and thigh. No issue with memory. Bp dropping low while standing.

I have anxiety, since few days I'm unable to sleep properly even though I feel sleepy, I think a lot and feel like I cant sleep... maybe i sleep for an hour but i wake up soon and then again feel sleepy but can't sleep...

Burning sensation on my top of my head and hand, also I can feel some swelling over head.Could you please advise what can be the reason, my Hb is 10.8 and my typhoid keeps on relapsing from last two months.I have been taking antibiotics for typhoid though I have mild fever in the evening around 99.4.

Doctors gave me sodium valproate, fluxtine hcl, clobazam, olanzapine and many pain killers and many antidiprasants. but no result.I am suffering from this disease for 10 years.

I have suddenly noticed a prominent line starting from my left eyebrow extending to above the forhead (as shown in the pics). I am noticing them for a the last 3-4 days. This line is most prominent when I wake up and then slowly lose their prominence by the end of day. I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary though. No vision issues, no constant headaches, not feeling tired/exhausted, sense of smell remains fine etc.

I am suffering from severe Headache from last 6 months and it's Recurrent between 10 to 15 days And also feeling bloating and flatus. Headache is goes to much more severity with nausea , vomiting and restlessness. Kindly suggest me.

My grandma forgets the present ...and goes back to her early age...for sometime ( for some hours) in a day...and then she is back to normal with all memory back...how serious or normal is it?. Whom should we consult...neurologist or psychiatrist...please help
