Brain and Spine Problems

She is suffering from severe headache and backpain feels pain all over body when headache comes and this will be once in a month for 3 days

I had tingling in both hand fingers and both legs fingers, for that I got MRI done for brain as well as spine. Apart from some observation of cervical spine, My report also mention 6 mm size right perineural cyst noted at C7-D1 level. Please advice if it requires any treatment ? Is is cause of concern ? My report is attached for reference.

What are the cause that leads to head burning sensation and I have problem in neck muscles too...is it the reason

I am facing headache issues on the right side from past 3 days which is happening for short duration and then went away. No severe pain seen. I wear specs too though I didn't feel any issues in my vision recently. Is this due to the stress, wrong eating habits? Should I start doing yoga or take some medicine? request you to please suggest.

Some disturbance while breeth, (feels like pressing in chest this to be happence once in every 15 min) mild head ache, press ness in head nerves bones pain, joints pain, tiredness , face skin tightness, face swelling, Dizzyness in face early morning sickness, Some times body temprature increase mildly some tiles gets cold, More sleepiness Since 2 months its happening to.me consulted doctors done tests taken medicines , all reports are normal but still feeling same Pls let me know any one what is my problem.

Hi doctor ! ,Suddenly my calf is paining, like something is pulling my nerve. Its paining badly. I don't know why. But the pain lasts for 10 min or 20 min . Can you please say what my problem is ?

Hello doc, I am left handed and 2 weeks i am getting slightly tingling sensation or burning sensation in left hand continuously. I am software engineer. I started getting this pain because i have over used my wrist in wrong positions while using my phone to watch movies hours together. I am putting orthopedic wrist belt. I feel relaxed. But its been a week i am not completely normal. Uncomfortablity had reduced or not there two days back but again started because lil phone usage i feel. never faced this problem in past. Please suggest me what to do. Thanks.

Recently I've started experiencing shooting pains in the back of my head which extend to my temples and the eyes...behind the eyes. Sometimes it feels like throbbing. I already have episodes of migraine but this seems different. It starts when I lay down or put my head on a pillow. I've tried changing pillows, used cervical, orthopedic pillows, tried laying down sideways but once the pain starts, it doesn't go away and the rest of my day is ruined. I have no choice except popping in painkillers. Sleeping is difficult. I don't get much relaxed sleep. I work as a virtual IELTS trainer so a lot my time is spent in front of the screen. I generally have a good posture and while I'm conducting my sessions fatigue is there but not the pain. Pain starts as soon I lay down. I need to rest and that seems to have become a curse for me. I desperately need help. Please advise. I'll follow up with you diligently. Thank you.
