Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering from this since 8 to 9 years.. I take medicine for 5 6 month in 2014 but after this  medicine it come back again.. Please suggest some home made Treatment for this..

I am getting headache from past 3 days and this started all of a sudden. This pain has started from the time I went into anxiety . I have never experienced this type of head pain . Its pinning like pain and stabbing and feel heaviness in head.sometimes it's sharp and occurs at certain points of head. I am not getting any feeling of nausea but the headache pain is really heavy and stabbing and full of pressure. I also get pins and needles sensation in my body. My eye power is also high like 6 and 5.5 . I don't know what is this pain indicating please tell what is the cause of it and how to treat it ???

Neck ko ghumane me presani. Doctors gave me sodium valproate, fluxtine hcl, and many other antidiprasants but no result. Please guide me. Clobazam, clonazepam, olanzspine also given me.

Ache behind eyes. Light headache. Little vomiting sensation. Is it migraines or brain tumor. Having little power in eyes.

I am getting numbness in right lips/ face and right hand fingers ( not thumb) - 4-5 times since june 2019. My vitamin b 12 levels are 96 pg/ ml and Vitamin d level is 33 nmol/ l My MRI scan is normal. Could you please diagnose the reason for the recurrent numbness feeling ?

My ring and little finger has become numb and has been in this way for some years now, can I know what must have caused this and what are treatment options for this?
