Can a neurologist tell a patient's condition who is paralised since 10 years and has been diagnosed with dementia recently, without suggesting any tests like MRI or any other that require him to be taken to the diagnostic centre? I want to avoid taking him outside given the covid situation.

Hello Doctor, After delivery of my 2nd baby in January 2020, I am facing frequent headache i.e. once or twice a week. Headache is quite unbearable. I observed, it happens when I think something deeply,when I feel anxiety, I speak loudly, etc. Please advise me and get me rid of this killing headache. Thanking You Doctor !

After urination problem ...he is feeling weak,not able to move,sleepy,unable to stand on his leg...In starting he is taking Leon 500 and solicept 5 once A day...after that he is taking neftas 100twice aday..He feel sleepy all the time

I am feeling sleepy all day , constant body pains , weakness,low bp randomly , increase in heart beat anytime without reason,breathing difficulty sometimes ,can't do any physical work , heavy head all times ,and unbearable headaches at  any portion randomly , feeling cold always , after bath headaches , ear pain , nose pains. Need serious complete diagnosis .

I had headache for the past 6 years. I cant Tolerate my pain. It reliefs by taking medication. I cant do a even a simple thing while headache.
