Kindly upload more clear images to comment on lumbar disc herniation. You should wear belt and take bed rest of 3-4 weeks if you can afford. Many of times annular tears heals. Take supportive medical treatment. If your symptoms persists or aggravates then repeat MRI and operative treatment to be considered. Operations are safe and successful most of times.
