From one month my legs are lagging alot general physician prescribed nurokind lc tab and injection and vitamin d tab but i didn't get cured regarding this I'm in diet from 3mnths

I have trouble in sleeping from 5months due to the side affects of antibiotics. Earlier I take prescription from a doctor nearby for general viral and he declared it as typhoid and gave me the medicine of typhoid for a whole week which doesn't suits me and after that I have sleeping problem. For this I also went to some others doctor and take suggested medicine of anxiety and relax but i didn't get proper relief at all. I am so worried by my situation. Sometimes even not get sleeps for 3-4 days which lets my condition worse and worse. Please help me and suggest me a proper treatment. Thank You

My vit b12 was 125 only. I was feeling numbness and heavyness on head. Doctor adviced me to take only 4 injection in a month 1 every week. Is it enough to fulfill the deficiency and to correct above issues?? Thanks

My MRI report says : Early degenerative changes in the form of tiny marginal osteophytes.Disc osteophytes complex at multiple levels causing anterior thecal sac indentation and bilateral lateral recess narrowing.Thecal cell diameter measures 11.2 mm at C3-4, 10.1 mm at C4-5, 9.6 mm at C5-6 and 9.5 mm at C6-7 levels.The cervical cord shows normal signal intensity,vertebrae shows normal height and marrow signal intensity. Please advice accordingly.Thanks in advance.

I have a pain behind my head most of the time .at night it start paining more . previously I had been fallen on my back head

My right hand lifting up problem observed from last one month & having slight pain during lifting up side the hand pls suggest any medication

My feel pain in h alf portion (left side) of head sometimes sevear sometimes moderate generally slowly from one month. Pain include also ear portion.when anyone shout my pain increase. Also any circumstances which created tension then also pain increase. I take steam then feel better. What is my problem.

Can migraine pain move from one side of the head to the other. I regularly had the one the left side, but now can sense mild pain on the right.

This is the Brain MRI report of my father aged 80. 1. No acute focal or diffuse cerebral lesions. 2. Cerebral atrophy with small vessel ischemic changes. He has been having issues with his memory for the past few months. Forgetting common names and repeating talks sometimes . Gradually not comfortable using computer or whatsapp. Otherwise he is physically alright and doing all his work. Visiting neurologist soon. Please share your thoughts on the report. Is it worrisome.
