Brain and Spine Problems

I am facing lower back pain which do not transmit anywhere and originates mainly from right side .after observation I get to know that I have two physical dimples on my lower back ..what's is it's significance ? I am attaching it's pic. Thanks in advance .

Suffering from heaviness in head from 13 to 15 days C- reactive protien is 9.25, blood reports are normal

He is not able to move and support is needed.facing difficulty in swallowing On liquid food. Kidney and heart is normal. How to overcome this. He is on syndopa medicine 110 mg. Most of the day he will be sleepy or drowsiness. Sugar under control. Please direct us the way forward and do the needful.

From 1st September was suffering from head spin inside in my head and weakness along with low headache in central part of head.. It's I started feeling in sleep felt in sleep my head spinning and when I woke up next morning I felt head spin and weakness along with low headache I'm taking medicine not get much relief...i can't sleep from last 2 nights I feel my head spin in sleep whenever I change position in sleep and I'm anxious also because of this.... Help.. Before also I suffer this kind of non spinning vertigo and dizziness.. Again it came... It's all started with a dream in sleep and happened with me from last 2 days... Help

Mild pain in neck and shoulder stiffness since the time i woke up. Dizziness.. sometimes bp high sometimes normal. Whenever i study it seems like imagination not able to concentrate.. but my mind is working properly.. for some days my sleep schedule is disturbed but now m sleeping well. How to get rid of anxiety or panic attack? I usually undergo a anxiety phase on a daily basis and I don't understand the reason behind it.

For last two months I am not to sleep properly I go to sleep at 10 PM wake up by 3 am after that no sleep. Is any way I can sleep. There are financial problems. Due to not able to sleep I am not able to work
