Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, Since few days, I am waking up in the middle of sleep with some kind of weird shocking feeling. My mind would be blank for some time trying to guess what happened and my eyes will be full of tears with some pain. Also headache and my arm kinda feeling numb/pain. I am now facing this daily since last week. I have never had such an experience in my life. I am scared to sleep now. Please help. Thanks

Developed a pink rash in left leg front side, below knee leading to heaviness, pain as if lower part is slightly filled with fluid, feel this heaviness from the rash location till foot,under foot also.i do strength training exc. Like squats, lunges, crunches etc. This rash was observed earlier but no pain/heaviness but this time it's with pain n heaviness

Dear sir,madam I am suffering from Left side chest pain & Left hand pain & burns , I have consulted with cordioalogist, he is test to me ECG,2D ECO & TMT Tests all tests are normal he is told me no heart problems you only gas related issue ,and he is prescribed some gas tabs & pain tabs for 1 month, but not cure that pain and again ,after 4 month s my bottom foot and back pains start Slowly within one week the pains have increased. Then I have consulted with neurologist He is told me some nurve problems in you. And given one month medicine's ,I will used 25 days course but not affecting, only back pain mild decrease. Present my bottom foot pains, headache , right leg pains & back pain suffering. Hello, I was prescribed stalopam plus, an anxiety disorder medicine 10 days ago with a half tablet per night dosage. The sixth day i took the tablet 2hours late when I got some dizziness episodes. Now after 10 days the tablets are over. I am facing vertigo, out of balance since morning. Why it this happening?
