Brain and Spine Problems

I am diagnosed with migraine about four months. I am taking betacap tr 40 once a day from first day of treatment  and along with betacap plus 10 for last 15 days. But for 2- 3 days I feel severe headache and pain in back side of head.For pain I took naxdom 500 , but it only give releif for 5-6 hours . Then severe headache and pain in back side of head again starts. Can I take migranil ec tablet for  acute headache and what are the prescribed doses at a day? Please suggest me .

Doctor, since last one year she is suffering from numbness and buring sensation in foot .. now it is spreading to knee. Due to the family conditions we were unable to take her to hospital till now. Now the condition is worse, because she unable to walk properly and feeling painful. Please give your valuable suggestions...

I am having double vision. Eye fatigue and eye pain which get worst every after noon. Now a days having feverish feeling, chills, jaw ache, sometimes chest pain radiating to left arm and breathing difficulty(normal ECG). Am I really having Myasthenia gravis? Earlier too i had same symptoms and got improved with myestin 60 mg tablets for 4 years. But all myasthenia gravis tests were negative. Sometimes my eye pain radiate to face and jaws.

I have 2.5 mm plaque in carotid artery for past 1 year and now feeling pain in ear and carotid artery. Right now having LIPVAS 20 Ecospirin 75 Neurobin Forte Please suggest further course of action

Hello Respected Doctors, Pls pls help. My friend female aged 30 yrs has a tumor on D9 verterbrate past ten years. Past six years the pain is excruciating. As per MRI it shows lesion. Pet Scan indicates localised. Now Doctors are saying to go for excisional biopsy. My question is will excisional biopsy would make her pain excruciating. Pls advise she is in too much pain. As far as the Doctors are hinting its non malignant. So her parents are worried for her that if biopsy is done she would be in more pain. Pls advise n how about to go with the surgery. Since I can only post two attachments here .. Pls find The Pet Scan and The MRI. Any help and advise would be appreciated. Pls save my friend. She is in too much pain. And I need honest answers. I am facing moderate headache in my temple area. I had this pain 3years back . I took scan and it was normal, but vitamin B12 was 190. Doctor told it was because of anxiety, stress. For past 1year I am having issue. Sometimes the headache is on left side, sometimes on right side. Only on the temple region of one side I am experiencing moderate pain. There are no vision problems. But during headache I am experiencing a slight pressure above my eyelids.

Since 2-3 months having pain and numbness in legs. Sometimes pain is mild and sometimes extreme pain is there. During this period had weight loss too

I hit my head to wall 15days back at that time head is normal.recently from 2 days a bumb is appeared on my head.doctor suggested CT scan of brain ( plain study) .it is normal but falx calcification are seen.what is falx calcification does it cause any problem in future

Hi dr, my baby boy is 8 months old weight is 8.2 kg today he fall off from bed on his forehead n right side swelling is there, he is active n playing well, still i need to visit pediatric, i m staying in Maharashtra n lockdown is here, plz suggest what to do.
