Hello Doctor, I would like you to help with my condition which I'm about to explain; it's been more than 5 months that my head is burning and aching constantly, the burning isn't on the skin and applying anything on skin doesn't make it any better. Therefore, my mood changes rapidly and most of the times I find myself irritated; I cannot sleep well, I wake up 4-5 times during my sleeping. I am not hungry at any time I can easily go without eating. I'm having certain hallucinations, also I don't feel anything at some point when I find myself staring at any object or thin air. I did went for MRI scanning and the report said that it was normal. I took B12 supplements namely neurotrack, neurokind, Bcomplex, etc. but my condition hasn't improved but gotten worse by now. I do get used to this burning and aching head in 2 days, but it just amplifies within 4-5 which becomes unbearable for a certain period of time. Also, when I wake up and at any time of the day, it amplifies out of nowhere.

I have bells palsy in 2013 at that time I covered 80 to 90 percent but when I talk too much there is pain behind my ear on face too and I feel uncomfortable pls help me doctors I m fed up with this now my job profile is teacher so pls help me

I am hypothyroid patient for last 7 years taking 150 mcg thyronorm tablet. Tested 1 moth before, TSH was 2.5 i.e. optimum level. Had Vitamin b12 and D3 deficiencies but got treated with supplements. Vitamin B12 level exceeded the upper limit which was 934 last month so stopped the supplements. Triglycerides level was 786 which has now reduced to 356 with herbal medicine. Total cholesterol is under normal range. From last year I had low bp issues. But I am managing it with moderate exercise and increased salt intake and fluid. From last 4 months I am feeling weakness in my legs and feet, mild cramps in thighs. Symptoms are less when I wake up from sleeps and starts slowly as the day progress. I consulted one neurologist in Pune. He suggested Nexito 5 mg twice a day and Benfo Tab twice a day for 15 days. Do these drugs have any potential side effects or addiction building properties? Shall I take medicines for 15 days and check if they work? Some guidance will be appropriated.

I was standing in the kitchen and subddenly i felt that something has misplaced from ifs position and after that i cannot stand, i was in a lot pain. Its about 4months before. I saw pysiotherapist for me. But the pain gets worsen. I saw neurologist, he runs me on medicine like vitamins d, b3 and a lot more. I was relaxed. Pain was little. But it was always there. So 5 days back i again went for the pysiotherapist. Everything was okay but the next day. I got the pain like anything. I cannot stand, i cant move, i cant sit, i cant sneeze even. I dont know what i am supposed to do now. I am runing on ibuprofen, pregabalin. But there is not betterment. I find it very difficult to sit for pee. Whom should i consult. I am just 24 . I need help
