Brain and Spine Problems

No history of this problem. Experienced for the first time 3 days back. Started with pain in right side of the head and near right eye. Swelling in nerve was visible near the eye. On second day, the pain moved towards the middle of the scalp of the head. Now on the third day, a throbbing continuous pain in the ear is felt. What is the cause? Is this anything serious? What should we do?

Pain feeling like stretching. Right side of shoulder to hand and fingers. It started from neck,shoulder in the winters. Stiffness in neck and then came to wrist and fingers.

Hello, I have been experiencing frequent tense muscles on my head whenever I try to do any mental activity like doing office work or playing a game on mobile. Sometimes they become so tense that I feel like loosing my balance and sometimes my head/torso moves too and fro a litle with my breaths. I have become very sensitive to sharp sounds which gets me startled. Apart from that i feel very tense and some pain in my upper left chest. Even though I had done ECG and 2D ECO test which came out normal I feel like I am going to have heart attack Or might miss my beat. I feel depressed most of the time like brain fog and my anxiety is always under the surface which can get activated by any small things Please guide me whom should I concern

My symptoms are, Burning and sore pain in the lower jaw under earlobe(since may) ,Mild swelling in the lower jaw (right lower), Mild swelling in side of the neck with small lump( since July),Those bump like sore spots in the neck and lower jaw under ear hurts to touch. Top side of the head above the ear hurts to touch(since July),Ringing and buzzing sound in ear while lying down(since July),Feeling of something stuck in throat and neck feels so tight (since July).My symptoms started in 3rd week of may when I was chewing some meals more than usual. Next day heard a pop in the jaw and jaw pain, swelling started. seen an ENT,OMFS, dentist. Did neck ultrasound and no abnormalities.Extracted my upper wisdom tooth and did a root Canal on lower molar as my dentist said that could be the reason. Still have the same symptoms.omfs said it might be TMJD and told me to do physical therapy. Whether this could be muscular issue or any nerve issue? Whether this looks like trigeminal neuralgia?

And is this condition treatable? My aunt had MRI of dorsolumbar region and my doctor said to consult a good orthopaedist...I am worried but I don't understand if anything is related to spine lumbar portion then we should consult Neurologist or Spine Specialist!!please let me know what this report says what is bulging disc

Iam experiencing severe right hand shoulder blade & upper back right side pain , headache from 3 months. No injury, no numbness,& normal bowel movement.Took pain killers, vitamin d, physiotherapy but there is no improvement. I visited a  doctor but he is not prescribing any medicine, also saying that there is no need of MRI& saying my x ray is normal .Other online doctors are saying to go for MRI test,& there is nerve compression. what i have to do please reply. My x ray pics are attached with this please check.which medicines I have to take.please reply in detail.If this is normal in my age why it is causing so much pain.

Hello last night i was sleeping and my head was on my hand. When i wake up i found my hand was not working at all but after few seconds it back to normal condition. And it happened me three times in 1 month. Aur jab main pair fold karke baidhta hun to jhunjanat chad jaati hai. What are its causes for jhunjanahat?? Please suggests some remedy...

Dear sir.For the past 2 months, i am having pain .From July 10th i am having pain in the right side of the right chest,right side of the heart and in heart.pain generally comes in evening.On aug 8th i went cardiologist and he done ecf and echo test.He told all r fine.He told may be it's muscle pain.On 10the Aug i infected with covid.then i used azitromycin,pantoprozole, vitamin b,vitamin c...From Aug 19 onwards pain spreaded to left hand,left shoulder and later spreaded to back side of the chest,back side of the heart and right side shoulder,wrist, fingers...Pain is there for 10 sec and will go and immediately in another place pain is coming...Again i showed to cardiologist, pulmonologist.,ct scan also...All r normal.But continuous pain is there ...Now a days the intensity of the pain is increased.kindly help me and suggest me some tablets...Please save me ...

My mother is using wrong words while soaking since 15 days. Like she says fan instead of saying light.etc. She and we all are very much worried. Pls help. Also she is an anxiety personality. She worries for little little things and is very empathetic. When she is upset she cries continuously for a day without stopping. She says she is unable to control her tears. Is it due to this stress she is experiencing this problem? This is curable right?
