Brain and Spine Problems

Cramps and pain in right hand, leg also my mouth goes sideways if i am in water for long time. Recurrence: 2008(when I had fever), 2019(post delivery) 2020(now it happens when I am exposed to water or cold temperature).

My reports say - Mucosal thickening is seen in bilateral ethmoid and left maxillary sinus. Visual orbits and rest of the paranasal sinuses do not reveal any significant abnormality What does this mean?

Sir, Have been suffering from hand tremor from one month also sleep is disturbed at 2-3 am and doesn't come back...vitb12-131 Vit D-23.5 Also suffering from mild hepatomegaly and fibroscan shows 4.1 kpa Lft is marginally high as sgpt-45 Sgot-30 However from one month tremor are there..EEG REPORT IS ATTACHED kindly see and advice what evaluation should i do for these kind of tremor...also my weight reduce to 10 kg in three months by doing simple diet and exercise...

Hello doctor... actually my mother is having severe pain in thighs ,knee nd upper surface of foot ...the pain is excruciating in nature nd more pronounced at rest. She is suffering from diabetes nd hypertension nd taking medication for the same. For leg pain, her doctor has tried many medication but nothing seems to work. She was prescribed calcium, vitd3,neurobion, gapapentin , pregabalin nd painkillers but no relief.
