Brain and Spine Problems

My mother is experiencing imbalance since last two years. She is also experiencing some allergy on her face since 1 month. What can be the possible treatment for her

Respected doctors I had accident 1 week back had cerebral concussion as told by my doctor, has loss of consciousness for 5-10 min at the time of impact, slurring of speech and disoriented for 5 to 10 min ,I don't remember the incident also. But after the impact within 1/2 hr I was perfectly ok. Ct scan was normal.. I want to know that will I have any problems due to it in future. Thanku

Hello Doctor, 2 months back I had symptoms like lack of smell or taste, dry cough, dizziness, headache, body pain etc. I consulted 2 GP's who prescribed me some medicines but never told me to get a COVID test done. It was only a month back when I showed an ENT suspecting Sinusitis who asked me to get a COVID Antibody IGG and Total test done that revealed I have COVID antibodies(IGG - 6.65 & Total - 88.7). Also my Vitamin D test revealed deficiency(Value - 10.39). After these reports the doctor prescribed me Vitamin C and D tablets among other medicines. But even after having them for about a month now, the dizziness is still there ! It is close to 2 months now that this dizziness and head heaviness is there throughout the day ! I am not being able to focus on work due to this as I feel very lethargic. How long does it take for Vitamin D levels to become normal ? Kindly suggest what should I do, Thanks.

He had subdural hematoma which is removed after surgery couple of week ago ...He is quite fine...bt he don't want to sit.He always want to lye down on the bed...Not eating ,feeling weakness

Urea creatinine and sugar high.having tumour in brain as per ct scan brain.mri will be done tomorrow to detect benign or cancerous.mild ataxia.now main problem is cannot stand alone.need support with huge pain in leg.urea 97,sugar 238 pp, creatinine 2.73, uric acid high 7.6. Hba1c high 8.7.LFT normal,sodium potassium normal. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHETHER OPERATION IS REQUIRED OR WITH MEDICINE IT CAN HELP.ALSO kidney dialysis is required in this stage or not

I am having immense difficulty in sleeping. Its been weeks since I slept. I am unable to focus on things. I cant even read properly. I don't feel like talking to any one. How can I get myself to sleep? Please anyone suggest some tips and medicines to help me sleep.
