Brain and Spine Problems

As per the doctor it's TTH but it's been more than 5 days... There is no relief. Please suggest the next step

I am having back pain and neck pain since so many years it became worse now a days unable to hold the object for a longer tym MRI was done impression was straightening of cervical spine diffuse disc bulge causing thecal sac compression at C3-C4,C4-C5,L5-S1 kindly suggest me treatment

My mother has been experiencing pain almost everyday from 20-22 days. She was diagnosed with migraine few years ago, for the same she has been taking Naxdom 10 mg and Rizact 250mg. But since 20 days she has been taking these medicines everyday, complains of pain between, left and right side of eyebrow. Not able to sleep properly from 2-4 days as well. Also she had her MRI done years ago which came out normal. Please help.

Hello Sir/Madam, My son is 2 years and 11 months old.In last month he was suffer uncontrollable and gurky movement.We consult to doctor that time  blood, EEG  reports  are normal.Doctor told need do MRI and continue medicine till further notice. First time happens with my son from his birth. I have some questions like, Can we called this is epilepsy? Is need do MRI? Is need to continue medicine like Levi pil and bevon? Thank you in Advance.

Pain in right hand starting from ring finger to shoulder. Pain point changes. It is since last ten days.after taking vevron 50mg it gives relief for 8hrs.after that again pain starts .is it any nerves problem due to which paining. Or any other issue.guide me properly.

Pain in neck and shoulders with sharp pain at some points in shoulder and upper back, headache, giddiness...these things happen several times in a year although the intensity varies...but nowadays there is also a sharp pain near heart which lasts for few minutes...what are the possible causes of all this?
