If you having shivering of hands, then the medicine needs to be little modified fir a complete improvement. We aim to give patients a complete improvement with medicines. Fir memory loss, we need to assess if there is Vit B12 defeciency or Hypothyroidism. If these are ruled out then maybe it's a part of Parkinson's disease when it progress to advance stage.
