Brain and Spine Problems

I feel shaking hand since 15 days , other symptoms are loss of appetite, muscle seizure in legs and Less sleep.

Its mainly due to vitamin D  and vitamin B12 deficiency What should i do to fulfill it ? Should i need to take medicine or there is any other natural way to cure it ?

My husband is a software engineer and he works for more than 14 hours a day without getting up from his seat.. he says his neck is aching and he has back pain , he sometime says his bump is also paining.. he doesn't go to deep sleep also... He everyday says to me that he didn't sleep properly... I am worried about his health condition... I am suggesting him to have a complete body checkup once .. but he is not listening to my words.. I have tingling sensation on top of my scalp. Can it be the issue of occipital nerve or the opthalmic division of the trigeminal nerve?

As per doctor it's tension type headache. I took flozura d and now taking tryptomer since past 2 days as prescribed by local doctor. Please suggest is the headache is still there.

I get sudden headache on my right side at a particular point and at times it gets to be very severe. Due to that at times I sweat and then vomit. This usually happens in morning when I get up. I have issue in getting sleep at time due to that. I feel very confused. Don't feel to do anything. At times get very aggressive and violent. Do scribble over a piece of paper. I don't retain what I study for long period.

When I am in sleep , even if a single pen fell , I get awoke up and felt like I had lost my life . My whole body becomes still for a moment . I went for MRI and found that I am having very minor blockage in brain nerves and I am taking medication for it . Can anyone tell me, exactly what is happening to me and what should I do.. I am taking nexito plus for last one n half year. From last 3 months sometime I feels shock like feeling in head. Specially while I move my head. It hapeenes suddenly and I don't know what that feeling is. Is it normal? I had angioplasty and stent in 2018 November. After 2 months of it i developed anxiety. I was given nexito plus by doctor and taking it regularly for 1 n hslf year.
