My MRI shows mild disc bulge at c3 c4 level casing mild inpigment on biliterial nueral forminia. Mild disc bulge at c5 c6 level casing anterior thecal sec indentation Disc bulge at L4 L5 level casing anterior thecal sec indentation . What I do ,and complete cure treatment available or not?

Dear User, The mri findings are not very worrisome and further treatment will be based on your symptoms rather than MRI findings. If u having symptoms of spondylosis then better way to get improved is by doing physiotherapy which will strengthen the muscles if the back and help relieving the nerve compression.
