Arachnoid cyst
I have been detected dilated retro cerebral csf causing effacement of torcula measuring 44x28x21mm.
Need expert advice whether it is dangerous, does it need immediate surgery . I don't have symptoms associated with arachnoid cyst however at times I feel some pain not severe on right or left side of head near ear but it lasts for few minutes. This got detected as I did CT neck and head for headache where it was detected that I have straightening of spondylitis.
I work for longer hours on laptop.

Arachnoid cyst is symptom free and don't require surgery. Headache could be due to other cause.
