Seizure feel
Hi,
I feel seizure in hand and legs if i try to sleep in afternoon. In night i have no issues. It has been from one month. I also sometimes feel pain in my head and very rarely nausea.

It may not be a seizure... Seizure is a different thing... It may also be tremor... So would be better for you if you can consult a neurologist... For proper diagnosis and treatment ....
