Brain and Spine Problems

Sir,I am in Work from home for past six months .Now i feeling pain in neck and back head and also have ear pain if hear loud sound. Is this symptom of occipital neuralgia please help me.

Hii , doctor my mother having memory issue from few months.She forget what she done before few minuets for example..whatever work done in a morning she is forget that till evening ... Plz can u suggest what can i do?

From the past 4-5 days I am having this sharp jolting headache in my right temple,that lasts for a few seconds .I am taking zoloft 75 mg...can this be because of the medicine or is it something else ?? I never had such kind of pain before .

I am having a pulsating feel above my ear in my head (side of head) just above ear having this for 6months no doctors said cure it's like a vibration feel like sudden rush or vibration feel please help it's bothering me very much.

I had a severe headache 2 weeks ago and my GP suggested to take vasograin tablet for 2 days suspecting it could be a migraine. I'm having a similar pain for almost more than 2 hours now and can the same tablet be taken? Is it ok to take this tablet regularly?

Dear sir, In April month I feel pain in my groin area and right side of  scrtom .I consulted doctor online.he gave me some medicine.but it doesn't work.i feel pain when I walk prolonged and the pain travel to scrtom. I consulted my family doctor again he suggested me for ultrasound of scrtom and abdomen Same was done nothing was found as such. Than he suggested me to consult with neurologist . neurologist doctor suggest me for ultrasound.same was done nothing was found as such.i get feel that I m not well in groin area.when I pressed it I feel relief. Than I consulted pain management doctor.after telling my symptom he dignose that it is genitofemerol neuralgia.he prescribed me gabapin nt medicine.i took this medicine one month.but still I feel slow slow pain in that area.it not the pain I m not able to define it.i can feel it below the scrtom also.pls suggest me the treatment so that I can feel good and back to my normal life.i feel weak feel difficulty in bending or seating on floor

My mother 70 years of age. No history of sugar. Only thyroid and high bp .(Losakind 50, thyronorm 50) She had a brain haemorrhage.. in icu. Clinical summary and ct scan Report attached. No neurosurgeon or specialist is here. Please help!
