Brain and Spine Problems

I don't knw what happened to me but there is internal pain in my right side of brain ...I m very upset ...could someone tell me what could be

Iam experiencing severe upper back right side & right shoulder blade pain from 3 months, no injury, no numbness, normal bowel movement,able to lift hand, continuous but no rest pain done physiotherapy,but no improvement.now pain is radiating to mid back both sides. Neurlogist prescribed me MRI cervical spine, iam not able to contact him now. pain has radiated to mid back, both sides which MRI I have to take now. Or any other tests.

Will it be good if I consult neurologist online for my pain in right side of brain... There is a pain only right side portion ...can I visit MBBS doctor for treatment

My right hand is getting weaker day by day. My little and ring fingers is clawing. And I am not able to grip properly.

Hi Doctor, Within head Top left region of brain having ache. Every 15 mins pinching ,one sided left side. Mild some times more . past 2 days.

From last 3 months continuously leg pain is  occurring while operating with the leg, the nerves stretch out and pain each time I make any moment.

I am suffering from severe headache throughout the day. Having same feeling since last 7 days it feels like someone has put some weight on my head. What may be the root cause also kindly suggest me some treatment regarding this.

For the past two months, Iam getting a crawling sensation on my head as if my hair is moving. It happens all the time. Sometimes I get a little shock wave like feel on my right head side.
