Brain and Spine Problems

My father is having sleeping problems , he can't sleep whole day , he feel tired and exhausted but he can't sleep , he feels anxiety ,stress whole day and his forehead aches and he sweats most of the time . We have tried many stress and anxiety tablets but no use because one day he sleeps for 4 hours and then other day he sleeps 2 hours so body is adapting the tablets . Please help me with his problem

I am a chain smoker , stopped smoking for three months till now.... now a days i feel like numbness all over the body , i can feel like this only when touching something... while it comes i feel hyper tensed and consiousness is hyper..... help me out please , what should i do?

Paralysis in whole right side of the body,shoulder sublexsation able to walk anyhow hand is not moving and functioning frequently . Now extreme heaviness and stiff in the affected side from7-8 months. It is increasing day by day Although taking regular therapy. How heaviness will go away why this much stiffness?
