Brain and Spine Problems

Hi all, I've been getting headache everyday for the last 10 days. The headache is not like migraine since I can work normally and no sensitive to light and sound. The headache usually starts either right when I wake up or an hour or two after I wake up, stays for a while and then goes away. It kind of comes back again in the evening and in the night and goes away before I sleep. The pain is variable and keeps moving from the eye, eye brows on both sides, temples and the back of my head. The pain is mild that sometimes i need to concentrate to feel the pain. The pain is either like a tight band or like stabbing. I went to a physician and he did a physical neurological exam and everything was normal. Can this be brain tumor or just regular headaches? Thanks

I had an hiv exposure 9 years ago . i tested negative on western blot 1 and 2 , tridot 1 and 2 and pcr for hiv 1. All three tests were negative last year after that i had no exposure  but im had weight loss muscle loss and plenty of symptoms. Now im having sleep apnea i cant breath when i fall asleep i wake up. I also get the urge to urinate when i fall asleep and i wake up and have dreams about urinating and motion frequently and wake up. My cognition is declining and im finding it hard to understand simple sentences these days when reading or communicating. im really worried if i may still have hiv and if im developing aids related dementia. Doctors tablets arent working for the sleeping problem. Im not able to sleep more than 5 hours together. What should i do now?

My mother is having headache problem from a longer period almost 4 to 5 years, whenever she get cold air on her ear and head she get headache and whenever she take any tension then also she get headache, in that time she can't feel comfortable her headache diagonally as she told me until she vomit she doesn't feel better at the headache time she can't see properly everything looks blurt for her whenever she feel headache she take a medicine name of ((ergotamine tartrate, caffeine, paracetamol and prochlorperazine maleate tablets) migran) and after some hours she get relief but this work as a pain killer she doesn't getting well even now it's going worse this medicine is also doesn't working now that much. Please help her with this issue.

Sir, She is faceig above problem since long time, whenever head pain bkm extreme it takes the medicines like combiflam after that get relief. But nowadays it becomes the routine manner in a week so want proper consultation how we can get the proper solution and what is the basic cause of this problem whether it is curable or we have to do depend on medicines.

Doctor i have a tremendous pain in the lower back foot of mine, which goes upwards.. due to this i cant walk properly and that pain is all the time.. i cant stand for long my lower back starts paining badly..

I am having eye floaters in my left eye. I got hurt badly in the same around my schools. Have blurred vision in the same eye

I was diagnosed with GB syndrome in the month of February 2020 and  now have recovered but still suffer from backpain . There are few quarries I need to clear in related to syndrome. Kindly, revert as soon as possible as it is necessary

Hello sir/madam...I am 28 yrs old and I I was a heavy drinker and smoker from 2015 to 2019..In September 2019 I started getting a problem in body balance and coordination and tremors also..I consulted a reputed neurologist and said him about my problem...He explained me the things and gave me tabs methycobal 500mcg,folvate 5mg,becozinc,betacap tr 40,rivotril 2mg...I started taking his tablets and got alright in just 4 days..then again I started smoking heavily thinking that I got alright..but the same issue started again...and after few days I started consuming alchol again but not regularly...2,3 times a week..but whenever I consume alchol the next days will be very horrible for me like body balance and coordination problem and all...So kindly tell me what I am going through exactly and what's the solution how much time I require to get out of this...also suggest me any good medicines Thank you so much...

Doctors Prateek Uttarwar, prescribed for migraine relive medicine. But it's not working, so please suggest if I can do CT Scan and give some guidance as well as prescription.
